Shipping and Delivery

Fine art prints only (no mat or frame) are shipped within 7 working days of a print order.  Note that international shipments (from international artists) will take more time to arrive.  Typically, internationally shipped products are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee.

For framed art prints, please allow allow 14 to 21 working days for shipping.

Most art will ship directly from the artist.

Order Process

Select art photograph by clicking on the thumbnail image in an artistís online gallery.

Choose art print size and framing options desired from drop-down menus located below the displayed artwork.  View framed art print options by clicking on links below the purchase options drop-down menu.

Click on the Add to Cart button.

Edit quantities and/or delete items directly from the shopping cart.

To return to the artistís online gallery for additional selections, click on Continue Shopping.

When you are finished shopping:

Proceed to the shopping cart page by clicking the shopping cart symbol in the navigation bar on the top right of any page.

Select an appropriate frame and mat order option if you are ordering a frame and/or mat with your fine art print.

Click the Checkout button to complete the order.

Shortly after the completion of your on-line order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your purchase. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second e-mail notification.

Billing Options

Our on-line store accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  If you prefer to phone in your order, we can accept the same cards over the phone. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a fine art print, you may return it within 7 days.  We will issue a full refund, according to the terms below.  The refund or credit will cover the full price paid, including shipping.  We will not refund the shipping cost to return the art to us.

This guarantee does not cover framed fine art prints.  If you would like to eliminate your risk for framed art prints, then order the frame and mat with the fine art print, and request that the artwork be shipped to you  without the frame and mat.  You may also request a sample of the frame and mat.  Both of these options are available as "radio buttons" in the shopping cart.  You have 7 days to evaluate the fine art print and, if you ordered them, the frame and/or mat samples.

If you are satisfied, return the fine art print to the address specified for framing and matting.  Please notify us immediately so that the frame and mat may be ordered, to shorten the time to final delivery.  Alternatively, if you are not satisfied with the fine art print, you have the option of returning the artwork (and mat and frame samples, if you requested them) for a full refund.

Note that this guarantee policy may be void for some international artists.  This will be indicated on the artists home page.

Guarantee Conditions

The purchaser must notify Luminous Impressions of their desire to return or exchange a fine art print within 7 days of receipt of same.  Authorization and return instructions will be issued.  The print must be shipped to the return address provided within 3 days of receipt of the return authorization.  We recommend including insurance for your shipment, as we will not accept damaged art.

This money back guarantee requires that the fine art print is returned in its original packaging in original condition.  Luminous Impressions reserves the right to return without refund any artwork that is damaged, or to reduce the refund to compensate for the damage.  If we decide to take this action, we will contact you to discuss your options.

If any fine art print, frame, or mat is damaged upon receipt, the purchaser must contact us within 3 days.  We will contact the insurer to handle the claim, including inspection, as required.  Instructions will be issued to the buyer.  The damaged artwork will then be replaced.
